Developing student-athletes for life beyond the mat
OMP Academy is a program of 360 Athlete Development, developed in collaboration with OMP Wrestling, that brings academic accountability and athlete development together in one structured, supportive environment.
Planned for the 2027–2028 school year, OMP Academy will serve students in grades 4–8, with an inaugural class of approximately 10 students. Our goal is to help young people build strong learning habits, grow as athletes, and develop the confidence, discipline, and leadership skills they can carry into every part of their lives.
Academic Support and Accountability
Students will complete their formal education through separate enrollment in PA Virtual Charter School. OMP Academy will provide onsite supervision, encouragement, and supplemental support as students work through their school responsibilities.
Our approach emphasizes organization, time management, consistent effort, and accountability, helping students take ownership of their learning within a supportive daily routine.
Athlete Development
The planned Academy experience combines wrestling development with strength and conditioning, mindset, and leadership activities. Students will have opportunities to build their skills, set goals, respond to challenges, and learn the value of preparation and perseverance.
Through the collaboration between OMP Wrestling and 360 Athlete Development, we will support each student’s growth as both an athlete and a person.
A Small Community with a Shared Purpose
Our small founding class will allow us to build meaningful relationships with students and families while establishing clear expectations for effort, respect, and responsibility.
Led by Academy Director Joey Garcia, OMP Academy will bring 360 Athlete Development’s mission of preparing athletes for life beyond sports into the daily experience of younger student-athletes.

OMP Academy provides supplemental academic support and athlete development. PA Virtual Charter School provides formal instruction and serves as the student’s school of record. Enrollment in the cyber school is a separate process.
